Applications
Initially, the Fund supports international exchange primarily – but not exclusively – involving a core set of institutes with which Konrad worked most closely:
- Ecologic Institute, Berlin & Washington DC
- IDDRI, Paris
- IEEP, London
- IISD, Winnipeg and Geneva
- IVM, Amsterdam
- WWF-US, Washington DC

Mobility grants are awarded to support travel associated with a Konrad von Moltke international research exchange fellowship and are meant to complement other funds. A typical grant for a 12-month fellowship will be around 2500 Euros or the equivalent in US Dollars and a 6-month fellowship will be around 1500 Euros or the equivalent in US Dollars. Applicants must demonstrate that they have sufficient other resources for their research, as well as the necessary permits for work, residency and immigration.
